Sarah is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (#37PC00670600) and a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (#PC008587). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2008 from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She then earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a Behavioral Addictions Certificate in 2013 from Immaculata University. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC# 316607). She also is a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP), credentialed by the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Sarah has experience providing individual, couples, and group counseling to adults. She employs Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy applications to treat individuals with adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral addictions, interpersonal problems, and legal concerns. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is paramount in affecting change, and she strives to treat individuals with the utmost care and discretion. Sarah works with individuals to develop more effective and less self-destructive coping skills so they can get "unstuck" and develop a life worth living.
